The Valentin Collective was born from a simple realisation: the companies doing the most interesting work in the world deserve a place to think, create and lead — without compromise.
Thomas and Eva purchased the property in Gilet, Valencia in 2024 — originally imagined as a family home. What emerged instead was a bigger vision: a shared sanctuary for the forward-thinking businesses they'd spent their careers building and serving.
Together with Floor Maria, a serial hospitality entrepreneur who has built and operated retreats across Europe and Asia, they are creating something that has never existed before: a co-owned corporate retreat, where companies don't just rent space — they own it.
