The Valentin is niet zomaar een venue. Het is een private setting waar je met je team vertraagt en verdiept — om met aandacht te denken, zuiver te verbinden en besluiten te nemen die richting geven.

Binnen The Valentin ontstaat ruimte voor wat wezenlijk is., deliberately removed from the noise of daily operations, where leadership teams can think with clarity, align with depth and decide with conviction. The venue exists to serve one purpose: the work your organisation needs to do.

The Valentin is built for the kind of work that cannot be done in a boardroom. The circular studio on the second floor holds up to 30 participants in a format that encourages dialogue over presentation. There are no rows, no lecterns and no screens you cannot turn off.

A round, acoustically considered space on the second floor. Configured for dialogue, not presentation. No fixed layout — arranged to suit your programme format, whether plenary, workshop or fishbowl.
Each participant has their own private room — not a conference hotel double. Sleep-optimised environments with EMF blockers, climate control and filtered water. Recovery is part of the programme.
A fully equipped professional kitchen and generous dining space for shared meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner taken together are not a social obligation — they are where the real work continues.
TechnoGym equipment, outdoor calisthenics and reformer pilates. Physical movement between sessions is not optional — it is how the mind resets. Morning exercise changes the quality of afternoon thinking.

A separate two-bedroom guest house with private kitchen for your facilitators, coaches or external faculty. Operational independence from participants — so the programme infrastructure stays invisible.
Hotel conference facilities exist to serve many clients simultaneously. The attention is divided, the corridors are public and the environment belongs to no one. You are a booking, not a priority.
Villa rentals offer privacy but rarely the infrastructure or the scale for serious corporate work. A beautiful property is not the same as a purposeful one.
When your organisation arrives, the entire venue is yours. Every space, every facility, every member of the operational team. There are no other guests. There are no distractions. There is only your programme and the people who need to be part of it.
Exclusivity is not a luxury feature. It is a functional requirement for the work that matters most.
Group size: 17 to 30 participants. The venue is booked exclusively — partial bookings are not available.
Duration: Minimum two nights, typically three to five days. Longer programmes can be accommodated through direct arrangement.
Access: Valencia International Airport is 45 minutes from the venue. Private transfer can be arranged for the full group.
Programme: We do not provide facilitation — you bring your own. We do connect clients with trusted facilitators and executive coaches from our network on request.
Catering: A private chef can be arranged for the duration of your programme. All dietary requirements accommodated. Menus built around performance nutrition on request.
Confidentiality: The Valentin operates under full discretion. No external parties have access to the venue during your programme. NDAs available on request.
