What exactly is The Valentin Collective? +
The Valentin Collective is a private Mediterranean retreat venue in Gilet, Valencia, co-owned by a curated group of forward-thinking companies through a Dutch cooperative structure. It is not a hotel or tourist accommodation — it is a members-only corporate sanctuary for retreats, trainings, content creation and executive offsites.
How does the ownership work? +
A Dutch cooperative (UA) owns a Spanish SL (limited company) which holds the property. Members of the cooperative purchase ownership certificates — called tickets — which represent their share of the property and their rights. Each ticket grants 1 week of private use per year, a share of rental income and participation in any future property appreciation.
What does a ticket cost and what do I get? +
One ticket costs €147,500 and gives you: 1 private week per calendar year (worth approx. €20,200), an annual revenue share from external bookings, real estate appreciation upon eventual property sale, access to the member network, and equal voting rights in the cooperative. Two or three ticket bundles are available at a discount with proportionally more weeks.
Can I sell my ticket? +
Yes. Tickets are issued as ownership certificates and are tradeable on the Eyevestor marketplace. You can offer your ticket first to existing members or list it publicly on Eyevestor. No notary visit is required to transfer certificates, making the process simple and accessible.
How are the weeks distributed? +
Of 52 weeks per year: 25 weeks are reserved for members (one per ticket), 20 weeks are available for external corporate bookings at €20,000/week, and 7 weeks are reserved for maintenance and preparation. The calendar is professionally managed to ensure a smooth and fair scheduling process for all members.
How does the revenue sharing work? +
External rental revenue (€20,000/week for up to 20 weeks) is distributed as follows: 40% goes to the management team (Floor, Thomas & Eva) as a management fee. The remaining 60% covers operating expenses and maintenance, with the net balance distributed annually to ticket holders in proportion to their number of tickets.
Who can book the venue for external weeks? +
The 20 externally available weeks are offered to high-profile corporate clients — companies looking for a premium, private setting for team retreats, executive training programs, strategy sessions, content productions or brand shoots. We do not position this as tourist accommodation; our focus is entirely on the corporate and professional market.
Can I use my week to host my own clients or events? +
Absolutely. Your private week is yours to use as you see fit — whether for your own team retreat, a client mastermind, a leadership program, a photography/film production or a brand activation. With 15 en-suite rooms, a professional kitchen, gym, sauna and the 60m² studio space, the venue is fully equipped for high-end corporate programming.
What facilities are available? +
The Valentin offers: 15 en-suite rooms with sleep-enhancing technology, a professional TechnoGym gym (indoor + outdoor), full longevity & wellness suite (sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, PEMF, infrared sauna), a 6.70×16.70m pool with poolhouse and BBQ, a 60m² circular multifunctional studio, large communal kitchen and dining, a 2-bedroom guest house, and parking for 10 cars. Group capacity: 17–30 guests.
When will The Valentin Collective open? +
The property was acquired in 2024. Design and permitting were completed in 2025. Renovation and construction began in 2026 with the ticket sale launch in March 2026. The planned opening is Q2 2027.
Is this a good investment? +
The ticket is designed to be multi-dimensional in value. At full occupancy, external rental income provides approximately 13.7% annual return on a single ticket. Beyond that, you receive the direct utility of a private luxury retreat week (valued at €20,200), membership in an exclusive business network, and participation in any property value appreciation. Over 10 years, an owner using their week commercially could generate €450K–€840K in additional revenue, making the ticket a genuine business asset.
